Jorge Barrientos

I've spent my entire adult life in the service industry. When I moved to Colorado, I quickly noticed how important blue-collar service jobs are to this community — they’re the backbone of so much of what makes this place great. That inspired me to take something I already enjoyed doing and turn it into something more: a business built on service, integrity, and pride in quality work. I started Bear Restoration because I believe there’s still room in this industry for honest contractors — the kind that show up, do the job right, and treat every homeowner with respect. My mission is to help shift the way people view roofers by proving that trustworthy, skilled professionals are still out there. At the end of the day, I’m here to serve — just like I’ve always done.

Meet Stephanie Reis

Stephanie Reis has been building a reputation for excellence in the roofing industry since 2018. Beginning her career in roofing administration, she quickly became known for her versatility, stepping into every aspect of the business—from canvassing and appointment setting to roof inspections, insurance claim management, adjuster meetings, documentation, and project coordination. Her efficiency and attention to detail led to the development of systems that were adopted to train new team members.

In 2022, Stephanie earned her ICC G14 National Roofing Contractor Certification and launched her own roofing company, expanding her expertise beyond sales into complete business operations. She has extensive experience managing projects from initial inspection through final completion, including material selection, estimating, scheduling crews, logistics, customer communication, marketing, and quality control.

Stephanie specializes in complex residential and estate properties requiring coordination across multiple trades. Her experience includes roofing, painting, stucco, gutters, downspouts, skylights, windows, fencing, and other exterior restoration services. She has successfully managed projects throughout Colorado, particularly in communities such as Parker, Franktown, and other rural acreage properties where attention to detail and careful project management are essential.

Today, Stephanie is proud to work alongside Beatriz, Jorge, and the Bear Restoration team. Together, they combine decades of experience, craftsmanship, and customer service to provide homeowners with a seamless, professional restoration experience.

Meet Beatriz Juarez-Barrientos

Beatriz Juarez-Barrientos brings years of experience in roofing, restoration, exterior products, and customer relations to every project. Her career has been built on helping homeowners and contractors make informed decisions while delivering exceptional service from the first conversation through project completion.

As a Key Account Manager and Exteriors Product Manager, Beatriz has developed extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial roofing systems, siding, windows, gutters, and restoration products. Her background includes product consulting, account management, estimating support, project coordination, and building long-term relationships with contractors, property owners, and suppliers. She understands every stage of a project—from selecting the right materials to ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Prior to joining Bear Restoration, Beatriz managed production operations, specialized in window solutions, coordinated installation crews, completed final quality inspections, and worked closely with homeowners to ensure projects met the highest standards. Earlier in her career, she gained extensive experience in roofing materials, commercial takeoffs, purchasing, contractor support, and restoration systems, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the construction industry from both the supplier and contractor perspectives.

Beatriz is passionate about educating homeowners throughout the restoration process. She believes every customer deserves honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and a clear understanding of the options available to protect one of their most valuable investments—their home.

As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, Beatriz is committed to making every customer feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their project. She also serves as the Sponsorship Director for the National Women in Roofing, reflecting her dedication to advancing the roofing industry and building strong professional relationships.

Today, Beatriz proudly works alongside Stephanie, Jorge, and the Bear Restoration team, combining their expertise in roofing, restoration, and exterior renovations to provide homeowners with a seamless, professional experience. Together, they are committed to delivering outstanding craftsmanship, premium materials, and personalized service that homeowners can trust for years to come.
